In what appears to be the inevitable downward spiral of baaaaad decisions made by instant stardom, this recent photo of The Goat after his "disguise" was removed by the Miami Beach police gives evidence to the results of a misguided life. (See prior report re:Justin Bieber / drag racing.)

Notice the slightly staggering-askew stance, bloodshot, dazed and unfocused eyes, untended beard and the generally unkempt appearance of unpolished horns and sagging beer-belly. Sad. {Makes one ask: Is Billy Beer still available?}

Further to the rumor mill, an attorney for the upscale "Genus Capra Hotel" in Toronto alleges that The Goat went into a drunken rage while staying at the exclusive hotel and destroyed items in a penthouse guest room. (photo included) {Editor's note: unable to determine as yet if this was a sex toy or served some other kinky purpose.}

Multiple emails requesting comment from Justin Bieber remain unanswered as of this time. A spoke-person for the young Canadian emphatically declared that there "isn't a shred of proof" that Justin Bieber engages in beastiality. Film at 11.

I ran into Sal Mander in Canne France last year. After his failed attempt to circumnavigate in his small trimaran (pic 1), he swallowed the anchor (had to... the Goat was going to eat it!) and moved to the Everglades where he raised a family (actually several families in a few months), then he won the Mega kazillions lottery. Subsequently, having divorced his multiple wives, (actually he was his own wife) he sent this picture of his new yacht and his paid crew. (Pic 2) He set off last fall in an attempt to locate and rescue Goat, whom he suspects is living in an opium haze in an asian bordello.
