Re: Why Sailboats Are Better Than Motorcycles

met a guy recently who regularly breaks his kawa 650 down and stows it on his boat, why not have both. I reckon i could get my scooter on my foredeck if i really wanted to. (scooter in this use is not slang for a chopper, its just a scooter.) I prefer the boat 'cos i can spend half my travel time snoozing or drinking cups of tea.

Good set of tires for the bike $300
Good set of performance sails $15,000

They go together like bread and butter! Here is my little adventure a couple of weeks back, now they are stashed in some of the best dirt-biking country ever.

eliems, by the lack of rust on the dirt bikes, either they haven't been riding the rail for long, or that is a fresh water lake. If not, how do you keep them free of rust?

Autopilot on the bike does not work as well autopilot on the boat.
Sex on a bike at 5 kts is not like sex on the boat at 5 kts.

They only took one ride on the boat (salt water), and now they are safely stashed away in a secret place ready for further adventures.

Re: Why Sailboats Are Better Than Motorcycles

One of those nifty little folding motorbikes the paras used in WW2 would be a handy thing to have...
