Ahoy Everyone!

After a warm welcome by Paul Blais, I fell I already have found my first sailing buddy! I'm a Canadian living near Richmond, Virginia about to leave on the adventure of my life (to date) when I set sail in 34 days with my old friend Norwegian Capt. Kjell as we bring his beloved 52' Beneteau home to Stavanger, Norway from Martinique. We'll take about 6 months as we sail through the islands and then up the ICW to NYC where we will head up the Hudson eventually going through the St. Lawrence out to the Atlantic. We'll then head up to Greenland, Iceland, the Faroes and finally the Shetlands before seeing his home again sometime in September!

You should think about a blog for your adventure. They are free, easy to update and will allow all us jealous folks to follow you much easier. I use Blogspot and have found it to be very easy. Have a great trip.
