Beginning the process of buying a boat.

Hello all! the past months i have been preparing to make a career change which will result in nearly 5 months of the year off 4 of those months will be warm weather months. Seems a perfect time to live out a dream of sailing and living aboard the southern east coast (Carolinas-the Keys) and island hopping in the Bahamas. I am currently completing the renovations on my house in order to list and sell in order to pay cash on a boat. My budget will be under 120k preferably in the 100k ballpark.

catalina 350/36mk 2
beneteau 37/34
IP 320/350

All are pretty good options but would love to hear and feed back from people who've owned them

Remember that Atlantic Hurricane Season is currently June 1 through November 30 and some insurance companies make it difficult for you to be in FL or the islands during those months
