Bought my first boat... Heading to Bahamas!

Pretty new to sailing, just bought a little 8.5m boat (Morgan º out island 28) in Tampa and leaving tomorrow for The Bahamas! A bit nervous, as it's my first boat and I'm still pretty green but guess I'll figure it out! Already gotten lots º help from this community, very grateful.

Wow, someone buying a sensible little boat! Looks like a lot of volume for 28'. Like my Tardis dimensions Bristol 24, might be a little light for the great blue, but perfect for coastal cruising? Envious of the big quarter berths!

Great boat for comfortable living when you get to your location and want to stretch out and enjoy yourself without the expense of maintaining something bigger.
