California Bound...We think

Jerry and Deb here from Colorado. We currently have a 31 foot Bayliner.

We retire in one year and seriously thinking of "Living Aboard" starting in Southern California however we are extremely nervous and have no idea where to start. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
