Canadian newbie

Hello there...I don't think I did an intro yet...so here goes.

I currently bought a 30' cruiser with a fairly new Hyundai Seasall 125HP diesel engine with a Walters V drive. I will be using it for fishing and exploring the BC coast.

I have started upgrading and personalizing it for the missus and I.

i started with upgrading the cabin lights with LED's. I am installing a 3 kW inverter and am installing a small freezer. I am going to install a chart plotter and auto pilot.

There's a lot more that I will be doing but I'm sure you all get the idea.

Many of us here are, too. Welcome. But the island is pretty big, so where? You might also consider sharing what boat it is. Many of us use our signatures or avatars to list that kind of info.

Congrats on the boat and welcome to the forum. We sail near your area, mostly gulf islands.

Be safe!

We're neighbors. Welcome to the neighborhood! Where do you moor your boat? Ladysmith?
