Catamaran experience

My name is Glenn Adams and my wife and I are extremely interested in purchasing a catamaran in the near future. We live in Jacksonville Florida and was wondering if anyone in the area would be interested in taking us and or myself out for a day to get a feel of sailing on a 40-45 foot cat? We are brand new but have our minds set on spending 2-5 years on our own vessel probably 3-4 years out. Anyway was wondering if we could gain some experience by meeting and spending some time with experienced sailors. Couples would be great
