G'day from Sunny Mornington, Australia

G'day all,

Hope this finds you all well.

As a newbie wannabe L/A, i have found this forum of invaluable interest. I am currently in the process of choosing my new abode and find with the prices over here in Aussie, I am forced to look offshore.

I have longed for some years to wake up on the water, to hear the gulls, to revel in the lifestyle that is boating.

Wish me luck.

Cheers.

Tony
