New! and between boats. Sold our Pearson 303 a couple years ago when we relocated (job)'to,Florida and now Atlanta.

Welcome to the forum.

Pearson. Good boat. Bought me one.

Atlanta was my home for 20 years. Loved it but the traffic just got worse and worse and when I had a chance to move to FL I gave up.

If you get the bug you can sail on Lake Lanier.

Atlanta traffic is " challenging" but I'm in Gwinnett county just to its northeast. Retirement is finally in sight....we have a condo in Gulf Shores with a boat slip where the ICW enters the east side of Mobile Bay. Will be looking for a 34 ish coastal cruiser soon....
