Greetings!

Hello!

My name is Jorge, I have started my nautical journey in 2019 getting my first coastal license. This past January I finally got the Spanish Ocean license, and I've got my eye on the RYA Yachtmaster in the future, to boost my confidence by being assessed on a practical exam.

I'm quite active sailing in the Lake Léman, in Geneva, but what I enjoy the most is cruising around the Mediterranean. I have gathered around 2100 NM of cruising since I started, and some weeks ago finally succeeded on my first week as skipper in a cruise with friends on the Saronic Gulf in Greece. Great times .

I've booked a second week in Sardinia for September and I'm always keen to learn from experienced people, which is why I'm joining the forum. I have seen there is plenty of material here to benefit from, and hopefully catch some good practises to continue building my skills.

Fair winds and cool drinks for everyone! Let's go sailing

Re: Greetings!

Welcome to CruisersForum!

I would suggest updating your profile with your general location and your boat make & model or “Looking” in the "Boat" category. This info shows up under your UserName in every post in the web view. Many questions are boat and/or location dependent and having these tidbits under your UserName saves answering those questions repeatedly. If you need help setting up your profile then click on this link: https://www.cruisersforum.com/forums...ml#post3308797

I would happily help more if the link above is not enough.
