A Gary Mull boat! Excellent choice

You might want to check out BYC's chowder series. It's their fun Sunday afternoon racing in the winter. It's meant to entice newbies to come out and learn and meet other sailors. If you're not ready for that, you might ask to hop on someone else's boat to get a feel for things.

Have fun!!!

Re: Greetings from the SF Bay Area

Congratulations and welcome. I’ve had family on and around the bay for over 45 years. We’ve considered taking Roxy through the ditch and north/south. You should be about a good size to go wine country boat hopping as I recollect. Mind the tides and nasty stuff around the Golden Gate.

We walked aboard Roxy, swooned, bought it, no survey. Boy were we stupid. Living aboard in the Caribbean now November to June. It’s all water under the keel.
