Hello

Hi We are Graeme and Carolyn from Adelaide in SA. Weve just bought a Jeanneau 54 and will be commissioning in France (Atlantic Coast) May this year. The rough plan is to shift the boat to Gibraltor May and June and then back to work in Australia for a couple of months, then into the Mediteranean for a season or 2. Work for me is marine piloting in the Pilbara WA (mainly 200,000 tonne bulk carriers) and I have been doing this for some time in SA and WA! Our previous boat was a Bavaria 43 which we sold about 4 years ago.Looking forward to new adventures and catching up with others in various parts of the world.
Cheers
Graeme

Re: Hello

G'Day Graeme and welcome to CF. Sounds a good plan to me, and do enjoy your new boat and cruising the med. I reckon you will miss the authoritative blast of a bulker's siren when encountering the mobs in the med, but I expect you will cope!

Cheers,

Jim
