Hello from the UK where the sun is shining and the boat is back in the water

All of a sudden the UK has shed the winter snows and got back to summer sun.
There's still a chill in the wind but the winds are a bit lighter too.
We've been down to Hamble a couple of times this week, rush hour on the river there. All around the new boats are being rushed out of the various yards for the season, Pete is getting one ready for on-ship delivery. It's on a ten thousand a day penalty if it delays the sailing. He's enjoyed working through the cold and damp but now the suns out he wants to get back to his project.
In the Quayside Marina 'Talia' is back, good to see. And the tri that got dismasted by an 'unmanned' dutch trawler is in the shops undergoing insurance repair.
We've finally traced our problem back to a corroded gear cable that has had us losing confidence in the drive system. Local replacement at Aquafax in Hamble.
Where abouts are you, what are you sailing/working on at the moment.
