Welcome aboard, Nautinn!

After wintering in Boston, you're decision to work your way down the coast is definitely sending you in the right direction! I didn't know SeaRay made a trawler. Got pics?

Thanks for the Warm Welcome!

I got kinda a rare boat, For a Searay anyway. 36' long aft cabin arrangment. Duel Station. They were built in the 80's most were gas powered and had a pretty good turn of speed. This one is diesel a pair of Sabre 135's so 12kn in the corner. But nice 9kn cruise at about 4gph. Funny thing as I delivered this boat to the P.O. in 1996, Bought it from Him 10yrs later. I will put some pics up when I get them.

heading your way

Hi Nautinn, I'm heading your way in May this year, sailing across from Plymouth UK to Newport RI... It would be good to get some local tips from you. My head is just full of names, from the Flemish Cap to Nantuket Light Vessel via Sable Island and Georges banks... but they are just names (and some respectably legendary). How will sailing be in June?

LOL. When I was 13 years old I "sailed" my 10 hp 12' plywood rowboat from Somerset, MA to Portsmouth, RI. My parents were kind of pissed.
