Hello from Campbell River, BC

We are new to this site - just found it a couple of nights ago, and have found lots of good info so far. My husband and I have a 47' Kennedy, and we plan on leaving to Mexico for 8 months, in Oct 2008. Frantically trying to get the work done that absolutely needs to be done before we leave, plus all the planning...

Aloha Till,
Welcome aboard! Do you know Barry and Pat on the Fuji 45 "Pacific Voyager?" They are currently in Mexico having done what you are getting ready to do now.
Good luck.
Kind regards,
JohnL

Hmm - CR is a relatively small community, but I don't recognize Barry and Pat, nor the name of their boat.

Aloha Till,
They were parttime Hawaii residents and parttime liveaboards in Campbell River having sailed from Hawaii to Alaska and then down to Campbell River. Their boat was a Fuji 45 ketch with a dark green hull. Anyway they are now in Mexico and just made the run you are intending.
Good luck on your cruise.
Kind regards,
JohnL
