Hello from Ohio

Just joined the group to get info and experiences from the cruising world. We just launched our new-to-us 1973 Gulfstar trawler after a 2 year refit in Sandusky. More things do be done (aren't there always?) but love being on the water and getting to know the boat and it's handling. We hope to move aboard next summer and do the Loop. Been following other loopers through their blogs, and can't wait to get out there ourselves. But we're taking small steps to get there.
