Hello from the Chesapeake

I am, as many here have admitted, a longer time lurker and first time post maker. My fiance and myself are sailors already, but so much we do not know still, always learning. Having full-time jobs we look forward to taking weekend excursions as able, day-sailing, but mostly overnight stays in various areas on the Bay. We have our first boat still, an '84 Endeavour 40 which has served as a learning platform for us. Now we are looking at a newer, better equipped vessel for our next sailing vision. I have found this forum to have a significant amount of useful information, advice, etc. Looking forward to continued learning from our mistakes, and minimizing our future mistakes by gaining from the combined wisdom of the forums! Wow that was a lot more said than I thought I would.
