We just bought our first "big" sail boat. Have owned and sailed M20 and E scows before. We're looking forward to this new adventure. We also hope to find advice for the many new details required on our 27' Catalina.

You might want to edit your profile to indicate your location and your boat type.
That info is in this thread, but when you start posting elsewhere people will start asking your those questions as sometimes the answer is location or boat dependent. It will quickly become tiresome.
