Hello from Wismar, Germany
I am a novice sailor. Completed the fist boat licence last year and working on the radio licence(s).

As everything is heavily licencend over here, I hope to escape babylon by sea...

No boat so far... Not many funds to spend...
But a lot of free time for sailing, reading and posting.

And the baltic sea at town.
