Hello all-

Thanks for having me on board. My name is Allie and I live in Annapolis, MD.

Working towards a captain license, I have done about +/- 5,000 nm in the past year. Most of that time has been on professional offshore deliveries. I am experienced with catamarans and monohulls alike.

St Thomas to Annapolis, Chesapeake Bay to... , hops to the Bahamas from FL, and most recently South Carolina to Oyster Bay.

Next week, I am meeting a Hylas 70 in Bermuda (not part of the race) and will travel with them along the approx 1900nm to the Azores.

Besides working as crew, I am a full time yacht broker with David Walters Yachts. We specialize in Bluewater Brokerage Yachts and for new construction, represent Hylas Yachts as well as Italia Yachts.

You guys (David Walters Yachts) had a beautiful Island Packet 420 at the Spring boat show">Annapolis Boat Show. That was our favorite boat at the show, though well out of our price range. She was under contract quickly.

I would suggest updating your profile with your boat make & model or “Looking” in the "Boat" category. This info shows up under your UserName in every post in the web view. Many questions are boat and/or location dependent and having these tidbits under your UserName saves answering those questions repeatedly.
