pirate Hi Peter

Welcome to Cruisers Forum!!!

Have you any dutch cruising friends that might be interested in joining too?

When will YOU leave the rat race and where do you go then?

Gisle, hello!

Yes, there might be one or two interested in joining. But then again, they might not have my gift for languages. They will all be able to speak some English, but writing is another story.

Anyway, I'll send some mails around and we'll see what happens.

Alas! I shall have to work for at least some seven or eight more years (unless we win the lottery, that is).
And when we go, we will go where the wind takes us.

We shall probably go around Britain and Ireland first, because when we want to to it we want to do it well and that takes lime. Also, the Baltic is on the wish list. After that, Madeira, Canaries, Azores, maybe, and an extended visit to the Bay of Biscay which everybody seems to cross in a hurry, the Med of course, but I don't think we want to tay there as it's no good for sailing.

After tht, if we're still alive, we must think of other areas to visit or do it all over again.

I'll let you know by then....

cheers

Thumbs up Good to hear Peter ...

but I don't agree that the Med is no good for sailing.

I've had really good sailing holidays in Greece and Croatia - highly recommended!
