I am very partial to motorsailers and she looks to be in very good condition. I don't know anything about these boats however.

For a single cabin layout it looks roomy.

Surprising there is no photographs of the engine room.

I googled quite a bit but could not find much specific information about this boat. I did see the same boat advertised in several places, some at a bit higher prices. Maybe the owner is getting motivated to sell.

One concern is supporting any future repairs to the boat. This is not too difficult if there is a fair amount of common hardware and you are handy with things.

Good luck on your viewing!

thanks for the help the boat is still being built Dartsailer 30 was still being produced under the name Sirocco 31. So i don't think there will be a problem and my job was a master mechanic, i am handy for most jobs i think it was just the price and looks good quality and stable i need that because i intend to travel with it knowing a lot of places where i have worked on the sea we will see how it goes thanks again.

I have first hand knowledge of the broker that you mentioned in your post as I have lived on a 45.3 ft Maramu ketch cruiser motor/sailor in Palma Mallorca for the last 4 years.
In fact, Chrissy was onboard today looking at the posibility of marketing my cruiser.
She is very professional and I have known her socially as well.
Hope you find what you are looking for.

What sort of boat have you decided on Fred?
I might consider part or full exchange....
Send me a private message if you are interested in exploring this option.
I have posted a reply to your welcome message and it now appears that we live very close to each other......I do some shopping in Porto Pi.
