Hi from Annapolis

Hello!

I have all but purchased a Pacific Seacraft 37 and wanted to take a moment to say hello and introduce myself. I close the deal on the boat tomorrow and will be keeping her in Annapolis. This is my first large sailboat- I have done a lot of sailing/racing on other people's boats and I also worked in the dive business in the Cayman Islands for a while running large dive boats, so while I am new to ownership I do have some idea of what I have gotten myself into! I am pretty excited about the boat and am looking forward to participating here.

Wendy

Welcome aboard. Traditional knowledge says one of your two happiest days is the day you buy the boat.

Don't ask what the other is.

Maybe we'll se you on the Bay this summer. We will be there the month of August.

Wendy,

Welcome!

The PS37 is a very nice boat....congratulations!

Hope to see you on the water. I keep my 42' sloop 'Born Free' in D.C., but often ply Chesapeake waters in summertime and my son, Steven, keeps his 42' sloop 'Magic' in Hering Bay just south of Annapolis.

If you see either of us, give a shout.

Aloha Wendy,
Welcome aboard!! You have a great boat if it has been well cared for.
Kind Regards,

Bill-

I work in the District and am currently living in Arlington- drive over the river bridge everyday and can't help but look at the boats over there. I'll be at Port Annapolis Marina; let me know when you are in the area.

She has been well cared for- never off the Chesapeake (I'll be changing that!), no survey hits to speak of- hose clamp needed here or there, teak freshened, bottom job, that sort of thing. Very lightly used boat; a '93. I got lucky with this one.

Wendy,

I live in South Arlington, too. Just up the hill from Crystal City. Boat is 7 minutes away, door to door!

Give a shout; we can maybe have a bite nearby.

My email is bill at wdsg dot com
