Hi from St Pete, FL

We are Terry and Dana and we live in St Petersburg, FL. I, Terry, have sailed the Chesapeake bay for almost 15 years, but Dana is a novice. We are looking for a 35-40 foot cat to begin fixing up for retirement. We are also avid dancers, ballroom - most anything except hip-hop.
