Hi people, new to this forum. My name is Dan, I have always been interested in sailboats. I bought an old North American 23 a few years ago. I use it mostly on Lakes Maurepas and Ponchatrain. I have taken it on some short over nite trips along the Gulf coast also. Kind of small for cruising I know, but it works for now as long as the weather doesn't get too nasty. I have learned a lot on it and used it to introduce friends to sailing. A few have been bitten by the sailing bug real bad. Hope to buy a bigger boat soon, but this one works for now. Great site and hope to see you on the water.
