Grateful to have found this site and forum. I am a bay area (CA) sailboarder/surfer gone sailor! I spent this last summer sailing with my 4 boys on San Pablo Bay in a Sunfish that we restored together...1966 very cool! We just got a 24' day sailer last week and we are beginning the restoration process. Looking forward to learning and meeting some of you on the bay

You are sailing in a wonderful spot. The bay is a great place to start, because of it's micro climates. You can pick, and choose what kind of sailing you want. From benign to a real challenge. Not to mention the beautiful scenery........i2f
