Hi Ya ! From a Semi-Retired Sailor

Just posted my trials & tribulations of renewing my license. I hold a 1600 ton Master with 2nd Mate Unlimited Oceans. Then you have all of the required endorsements that have to go with it.
Living here in Lafayette Louisiana and looking for another boat. Worked the seas all of my adult life... So I may know a wee bit about seamanship.
Am a bit of an introvert but that doesn't stop me from being an instructor for those who want acquire their 100/200 ton licenses. Hmmm, maybe I know a tad more then I thought. Don't consider myself an expert because I am still learning my trade amongst other things. A student of Life is one way to put it.
Single, a tad over that hill I don't remember and enjoying life the best way I can without making a fool of myself.

Thumbs up Welcome aboard Boasun!

So, which do you prefer the carvel or clinkers. I've always liked the clinkers but it takes a special skill to get'm right.

Enjoy the site.
