Just wanted to say hi and wondering if anyone has any advice before i post stuff?

Hi welcome along. Advice eh? Ok. Guns on board issue = can of worms. Cats vs Mono = can of worms. Aside from that everyone here is really freindly, there is discussion here on everything from sex on board (nice one) to Electrical to anchoring to just about any cruising related subject.

Its a nice mix of Yanks, Poms, Kiwis, Skippys etc (hmm, whats the nick name for Canadians?) either stuck in their office and just talking boats to people in the middle of some ocean somewhere.

What are Poms and Skippys?

Good to have you here. Posting any boat related matter is ok. Others have told you what are a "can of worms" but they forgot to tell you not to trash talk a particular brand of boats because that would very much like insulting someone's mother.
