I'm glad someone came up with a toilet comment so I didn't have to ...

kumgand & adax, I believe that boat is going to bring you a lot of joy. What a beautiful vessel!

Cangratulations! Que tu viento siempre ser justos y el mar te llevará a donde usted desea ir.

Wow I love the wood!

I would be nervous bringing a boat into that nasty of water with all those twigs and whatnot, I bet it's a nightmare.

No Serenity, it's not a nightmare, it's just a river with all those things a river brings: life and life's waste...
Thinking about your words I assume that you must be a person who never goes to the toilet...

Ok Walter!
saludos

Thanks Erika. I only did that (varnish) once. It was a wooden door. And it was a nice job but I guess there must be some tips and hints about varnishing a boat. Any advice is deeply appreciated.
thanks a lot
PS: I'll send you a PM

Goodness, that one pretty boat!!

The varnish supplier has one mighty grin on his face but the work would be worth it.

Bright-sided boats are gorgeous to look at but not to maintain. Is she cold molded? If so, you'll need to keep that finish up to protect the epoxy or UV will turn it a translucent milky white as well as degrade it severely.
