It Was Time to Stop Lurking

My searches for information on boats often lead here, so I finally joined.

I cruised with family from 1997 to 2000 on Cirrus, a Jeanneau 45. It was a great experience. Now, one son is a bohemian vagabond philosopher and the other is a custom boat builder and Cal 20 owner. I guess they both got something out of the cruising life!

We've chartered or crewed for a week or two almost annually since 2000, but am always on the lookout for the next perfect boat and to start cruising full time within 5 years.
