J'Ouvert

G'day from "down-under". Maiden voyage on a catermeran J'Ouvert - how do I control my emotions of excitement, the unknown and sea-sickness all at once? The name of the yacht should give you a clue as to which counrty I call home.

Hi Gerri,
I'm sure we all recall that feeling. Savour it - and enjoy.
Welcome to the site - look forward to some reports on your maiden voyage.

Thanks for sharing. Will chat once I am out to sea and have set-up my computer communications. This might take at least a week - I shall probably spend the first few days living up on deck.
Enjoy your day.

Thanks for the support. Once I have spent a week living on top of the deck-gaining confidence that once I go below everything will be safe I will get my computer working online. Chat to you in about a week's time. Cheers
