Making Our Dream A Reality

Hi All! My name is Janice and Steve and I just purchased a 1978 Tayana 37. This is my 4th Sailboat but Steve is new to Sailing. We plan to have all work done and ready to start cruising November '09. We both had the same dream when we met and are looking forward to meeting many wonderful people and seeing many wonderful sights. We will also have many questions during the restoration process.

Janice and Steve,

Welcome! There are many knowledgeable people on this board. Just ask and you will receive many responses and opinions. I plan to leave June 2009.

Hope you get to cruise soon.

Thanks everyone. The boat was a bit let go and needs lots of TLC. We have been working on the teak and she is looking better already!
