New member (WITH TOOLS! ) in Maryland

Hello,

My name is Charles. I am experienced in ship building and repair. Most of my sea miles are on motor boats. I am looking to get some experience sailing also just have some fun. My better half would also like to sail with me.

I live in Columbia, Maryland. I am well tooled out for mechanical, fabrication, and repair in wood, steel, aluminum, and fiberglass. I also have 2 CNC robotic platforms (1 laser table and 1 router table) out in the shop. I can make just about anything in wood, steel, or aluminum. Yes we speak CAD files....

I have always owner motor boats on the Chesapeake, but never a owned sailboat so I am looking to learn.

I am quite capable of helping out if you have some maintenance issues... other than fiberglass there not much i have not done.

Should you still need some crew, let me know I would be happy to help out with some of your upkeep.

Thank you!

Charles

Welcome aboard, Charles,

I liked your post.

However, you might find it a little warm in Singapore, it's quite equatorial.

Very generous offer of yours. Good on ya.

Ann

Aloha and welcome aboard! Need your skills here in Hawaii. Too bad you're not out this way.

Welcome aboard.

I might suggest you also post in our Classifieds under "Crew Positions". I think you could get a great response.
