New starter

Hi everyone,
I am learning to be a sailor, and have joined this forum to learn what I can about the cruising community. I am shopping for a live aboard, cruiser at the moment and would appreciate any advise on 3 that I am currently looking at.
Which of these 3 would you choose for live aboard cruisers.

Nicholson 45: Year 1984, Draft: 2.2m, Displacement: 15000kg, Medium length lead keel.

Beteteau First 41s5. Year: 1990, Draft 1.7m, Displacement: 7,500kg, Keel/Ballast: Winged - Steel.

Roberts Mauritius 44 Ketch. Year: 1985, Draft: 1.75m, Displacement 17 tonnes, Intergrated long keel.
