New to Forum
I just wanted to introduce myself and Elaine. We have been sailors for about 24+ years. We have owned a 26' Chrysler sloop, a 37' Irwin center cockpit cutter ketch and now own and sail an Irwin 43 MkIII center cockpit sloop named "Barefoot Babe". We keep Barefoot Babe at Watergate Yachting Center in Clear Lake Shores, Texas and sail Galveston Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.

We plan on cruising the East coast, Bahamas, Carribean, and the Latin American routes. We hope to be leaving next year.

Always looking to share information on cruising, boats, maintenance, projects, destinations, local customs, islands and beach bars.

Always enjoy meeting new people.

Welcome! We are planning to join you at the Clear Lake next year around Thanksgiving. Right now our home marina is in Hampton, VA. Our home on land is Dallas.
