Hi I think I belonged to this forum a long time ago anyways e-mail addresses changed and passwords long forgotten, I am here to sell my freshwater 31' Island Packet in the classifieds. Hopefully i can contribute a little bit of knowledge for people wanting to cruise Lake MI.

Buying vacation property in the UP we can use in the summer and winter hopefully overlooking Lake Superior (my dream to sail one day) wife and I still work so it will be impossible to enjoy a cabin and a 30'+ sailboat at this time (and very expensive). Im temporarily downgrading looking for a hobie cat....Very fun to take out for a few hours...
