Newbie . . .

Hi all, just joined the forum, I've been sailing for around 37 years or so (sailing Oppies since about 4), and have just quit working professionally at sea. Too much corporate sailing can wear a man down.

Another 'issue' I have is the, "better a bad day on the water than a good day in the office" T-Shirt wearing punters clearly identifying they have never been out in grim times.....

Rant over....

Welcome aboard, great to have you along.
I have seen those T-shirts to for all kinds of things,I use to be a Horseshoer and used laugh about that.
Good day at the office=pay and getting off early
Bad day (insert activity)= search and recovery
Still I'd rather take my chances and try to avoid that bad days where ever possible.

I heartily agree with you there. It is a great place to live and cruise (most of the time)
