Hi All, I am Tim, English but an Ibiza resident for last 8 years, Been messing about in speedboats for,,,, A long time, And thought it was about time I try this sailing thing, So am not far off joining a 12m Cat from here to errr well, depends on if I like it of course, But aim to at least make it across the Atlantic and if all go's well, on round

ps, Done a fair bit in off grid solar engineering, Specifically Outback & FLA's (Xantrex, Victron etc are not that different, done a little with them, replacing with OB lol) also auto-electrician some marine, Petrol, outboard & Diesel engines, HVAC, A/V & Generators, So if I can be of any use to you's, I try

Yea sorry about that, Got all exited It's was my "tech'y" head taking over, If I see people needlessly killing their batteries, I have to comment It's a Karma thing,,,

Hi, blackswan 555,

Kind of you to introduce yourself. Never had seen a black swan before we sailed to Oz. Beautiful they are! Probably good eating as well, but we wouldn't know, might even be set aside for the Queen or something!
