Wink newby to the forum

Hi, we are not only new to this forum but new to the entire network of forrums. We are in the last stages of planning to retire and begin a sailing journey. Lots of questions are popping up and hope to hear from the experts....

Welcome.
Well here is your first (and some would say the most important)lesson in the life of cruising. It is called "Sunset over the yardarm". It is when you have anchored for the evening and all the main chores are done. You then make yourself comfortable and pour a glass of your favourite liquid refreshment, settle back and watch the Sunset.
May you both be blessed with many Sunsets to come.
