Not New but Never Said Hello ! Hi from the Mitten !

Hi all,
I've been lurking around here and gleaming useful knowledge and sharing what little I have for the past few months. What a great community full of people always willing the lend expertise and experience. I'm from Grand Rapids Michigan and have sailed out of Muskegon Michigan for the past 8 years. Recently go a boat again after 5 years ashore and on other peoples boats. I found a great deal on a 1961 Columbia 29 in great shape, last fall. I'm pretty ready for this winter weather to break and get started the painting this spring,... and sailing. Me and some friends are planning on doing some cruising and a few double handed races this summer!

I've also kept busy refurbing an old Hummingbird sailing dinghy and building the rig and sails for it over the winter. Come on spring!

G'Day and welcome to CF,
Sounds like you've got your hands full, but full of the right things. Enjoy.
