Hi JR and welcome to the madhouse forum.

SF is a lovely place to sail. Unfortunately I'm the opposite end of the country so can't help you with any sailing. But there's plenty of members in your neighborhood so check around and bet something pops up. If you can take a little more time, cruisers are regularly looking for an extra hand on a passage so a trip to Mexico or Hawaii might be a possibility.
