Hello, I am new to the forum. Finally found out how to post!! !

I am looking over a 1977 Pearson 28' Hull #227. Is there a checklist? Because, I need one. Got the surveyor on the way. However, I am already knee deep in the bilge.

Welcome aboard!! Your surveyor has a checklist, and hopefully knows his job! As with houses, his approval is only a small step...

Your personal checklist:
1 - Do you love this boat?
2 - Are you willing to throw all your money at her?
3 - Are you willing to devote massive amounts of time to her?
4 - Does your wife feel the same way?

There are checklists in a book at the library but if your surveyor was already on the way and you were in the bilge then too late.
