Sailing in San Diego

I will be in San Diego this weekend for a job interview on Saturday morning and was wondering if any one in the area was going to be out sailing and have room for an extra person, if not even just a tour of a sailboat would be greatly appreciated.
I've just recently decided to move to San Diego to pursue my dream of living on a sailboat and I'm looking to make some new friends and to get more familiar with boats. I do not have any sailing experience but I excited to learn.
Lastly would anyone have any recommendations for marinas (that allow live aboards) that I should check out?
