Sailor WannaBe
For now I'm a sailor wannabe. US Navy Vet. Love The Ocean. Recently purchased a 1965 Chris Craft SailYacht 35 which needs alot of work but I feel in love at first sight and just had to have her. Hopefully in 2-3 years worth of work I'll be able to get her back to where she belongs. This site has given me alot of encouragement along with lots of wisdom from some of its members. Looking forward to many more years of sharing with my fellow cruisers.

Welcome to the group!

Look like you may have lots of work to do but hope you find pleasure in it. I know a few people who seem to like working on boats more than sailing them... great people to become friends with!!!

Aloha and Welcome aboard!
Good to have you here. Lots of Navy vets and retirees here on the forum. You might do a search for some sea stories in the archives.
