Does anybody knows about businesses in Sydney that sells self-steering system (monitor) and another (or the same) able to provide good service to design, built and fit arch / davit on a yacht ?

Thanks

Aloha bde100,
Welcome aboard! I can't help you on those questions but we have lots of folks in your area that might respond if your introduction was not directed to so specific questions. From your introduction it doesn't sound like any other chit chat is welcome.
Kind Regards,
JohnL

I am not familiar with forums and guess it is the reason my post does not attract chit chat. I am not, as well, very skilled in cruising and so have not much experience to share so far, reason why I try to get some help. I understand from your answer I should ask specific question in specific forum ?
cheers

Don't worry about it , I posted a few simple technical questions lately and never got a one response . I'm in the process of shopping for wind steering too and already have arch davits on my boat (wells) . I decided to go with the hydrovane that uses auxiliary rudder to steer the boat which means no lines in the cockpit . With it I'm going to install a simple tiller autopilot conected with AWI and GPS for light wind sailing and motoring

The reason you are not getting replies is that you have asked in the wrong Forum title. This is "meets and greets". The forum to introduce yourself. The members that have the experience to answer technical questions, also tend to be the members with the least time to offer. So meets and Greets is often over looked. Please post you questions in the correct Forum heading and you may find that someone will actually answer you.

Thanks Henryk and Alan. I knew I did something wrong. I'll post my next question at the right place.
Cheers
