Wanted to purchase or charter catamaran in Caribbean

Hello fellow sailors,
I am looking to buy a cruising ready catamaran in the 30 to 40 foot range for 100k. My destination is the Caribbean and I would need a boat that is ready to go. Another option I have been considering is chartering a boat for a year. Does anyone have one they have they would consider chartering for that length of time that they would like to discuss?

1stspitfire--Welcome to the forum. I am sure a chartering company would charter you a boat for a year. As far as an individual chartering a boat to you, I can not imagine the cost of insurance. I am sure somebody on the forum would have some thoughts on the question.

There should be someone here that can answer your questions but I'm a monohull guy who lives in Hawaii so can't really provide the information you want.
