Where to Sail for a Day on East Coast

I'm heading out on a motorcycle trip out to the East Coast on Friday the 17th of June. I would absolutly love to meetup with someone to sail with on their boat. I'm moderately experienced, my dad has a 21 foot balboa that I've sailed on a number of times both as skipper and crew. If anyone knows of where, how or who I'd contact to find a place to do this I would greatly appreciate it.

I am on the south coast of Grenada. But the east cost is only 2 miles away.

The state doesn't matter. I'm coming on a motorcycle trip from Minnesota to the East Coast. I have no definite plans. If I could find somewhere to sail on a nice sailboat with someone and crew, that would be my destination.
I'm in a near divorce situation and it's pure hell at times. This bike trip is meant to be 7-10 days of alone time to get away from the pain. If I could find somewhere and someone to sail with, this would be awesome...
