YAWC from UK. Hi!

Hi all,

I followed a link here from somewhere - I think I was reading about the Bums at the time. Lurked for a while, but joined a couple of days ago.

I first sailed about 30 years ago on beach cats, but really only seriously took it up 10 years ago. Two weeks in the BVIs on a FP42 with a training skipper kicked me off and I've loved big cats ever since.

I've sailed with mct on his Privilege from Les Sables d'Olonne to Lanzarote and can totally recommend him as a skipper. Mojomo is an extremely well equipped cat and a pleasure to sail. Just don't eat the first bread mct makes on a trip

This year I'm planning to do the Fastnet race on a friend's 43ft Trimaran which is a first for me.

Plan is to eventually sail off into the blue....

Welcome to the forum! Many of us are planning like you are, and many have already set off into the blue. This is a great place to learn.
