I do not think it is tropical. I think it is sub tropical.

The title of the thread is ill formed BUT the find is very nice. I must admit I did not know they are getting numbers - like the tropical ones. It is a bit odd their number one falls in April as there were other equally vicious systems in the same area also earlier this year.

it is not tropical and they not calling it subtropical-- my storm gurus seem to think it will spin around slowly and pretend it wants to grow and fizzle after making a circlet in the atlantic. no big deal--i reserve judgement until i can see chikkin little with a stone on her head squawking.. or is that stoned out of her head squawking ha ha ha ha
is not expected to get to 45 kts
fun to watch tho. mebbe promise of bigger and better--after all, it is the atlantic basins turn for fun and games this year-- we had so much last 3 yrs we wanna share.
